We’re New Mexicans, and our already-plant-based diet was suddenly and significantly altered by a health event, which led to us eating a plant-based, but also low-sodium, low-fat, and significantly lower-carb diet.

Luckily we both enjoy cooking, so we know we’ve had an easier time than some people with a transition like this. We wanted to share the things we learned and the food we now eat… so that’s what you’ll find here.

What you won’t find here is: ads, untested recipes written by AI, bad science, affiliate links, or having to scroll past our life story to find an actual recipe. Enjoy!
